Considering that many woman come to me with issues relating to their cycle or digestion (bloating-feeling sluggish and even moody) I tend to have a few go-to’s that I rely on.

By using castor oil packs, the flow of lymph is increased throughout the body. This helps to speed the removal of toxins surrounding the cells and to reduce the size of swollen lymph nodes.

Castor oil has been scientifically proven to reduce inflammation in the body and to stimulate the lymphatic system. As a result, the practice helps to detoxify the liver (where lots of our excess hormones like estrogen get stored) and supports uterine and ovarian health.

When applied to your skin castor oil helps: 

•  increase circulation of blood and lymph
•  decrease pain
•  improve digestion : supportive to the lacteal glands:  The main purpose of the lacteals is to transport fatty acids, vitamins like A, D, E, and K, along with cholesterol from the intestine to the bloodstream.
•  uterine fibroids
•  ovarian cysts
•  headaches and migraines
•  constipation and other intestinal disorders
•  gallbladder and liver conditions.

A lot of the castor oil sold on the market today is from castor seeds that have been heavily sprayed with pesticides which can damage the beneficial phytonutrients and can contaminate the oil with toxins.

I use high quality cold pressed organic NonGMO,  hexane free in dark glass  [ HERE ] and either natural unbleached cotton or wool cloth to create my castor oil packs. You can then make some sort of cloth wrap to cover and hold the pack in place. There are many on Etsy or check out the one from Queen of Thrones.
