Over the last 10 years I have worked with hundreds of women just like me to recover their health. I've also taught over 400 practitioners to do the same, all through one simple non-invasive test called an HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis).

HTMA is a screening tool for heavy metals including uranium, lead, mercury, cadmium, arsenic, aluminum and nickel. HTMA is a reliable indicator of toxicity and is helpful in monitoring detoxification progress.
This might be one of my favorite parts of the analysis. It goes beyond the hormones circulating in blood to what your cells are able to receive. Hair Analysis is the rest of the picture when it comes to recovering from adrenal fatigue and hypothyroidism. If your hormone can't get into your cells effectively you need to know so you can do something about it.
Anxiety, depression, brain fog, ADD, ADHD, PMS and other mood disorders are often directly connected to missing minerals and excess metals. Magnesium, for example, when the body is deficient you can experience symptoms of anxiety, irritability and hyper-kinetic behavior (ADHD). Mercury, a heavy metal, affects your memory, mood and thyroid and can contribute to depression.

1. Diet Plan & Diet Tweaks
There is no one size fits all diet. Part of the reason is everyone has different physiological needs, based on their current health (aka: biochemistry). I love the information you learn about your body through hair analysis because it goes beyond a diet framework and helps get more targeted information. It won't tell you about your food allergies, but it will help you see the best foods for your metabolism and current mineral balance. Which is super cool. I can't tell you how many clients had tried 'X' healing diet and it wasn't working for them, but once they got their results and we made tweaks to what they were eating it made such a huge difference.
Sometimes people have no clue where to start with their diet so they don't do anything at all. The information from a hair test helps give the confidence you need to make diet changes.
2. The Right Supplements
This is a big one. I know people mean well trying to include supplements to improve their health, but a lot of times they are just guessing. You can't really know what YOU need, right now, without testing. Even if 'so and so' famous health guru wrote an article about the merits of a certain vitamin, you still don't technically know your exact need for it, not to mention how it interacts with all other nutrients and minerals. You'd need a degree for that but based on lab testing too. It's also helpful to take only the right things to avoid making yourself feel worse, not to mention save $ on buying the wrong things.
3. Gentle Detox Strategies
Sometimes people think detox is a one time affair or something that is extreme. It's neither. Your body is detoxing daily and you can help it do it's job better by including simple targeted strategies and habits. Otherwise, it will be like not helping take the trash out every day. You get the picture, right?
4. Lifestyle Changes
You don't know, what you don't know, until you know. The cool thing about a hair analysis is that it also helps you consider things for your health, you didn't think of. Stress relief practices, how to test your drinking water and find better solutions, how to switch to healthier home and personal care products. And even considerations for the appropriate exercise for your current health status. Sometimes, just a simple lifestyle tweak can make an HUGE difference in how you feel.
5. Clarity & Relief
One of the biggest things I hear from clients is that they are astounded with relief because they had been trying so many things for their health not knowing what was working. Or if they were doing the right things. As well as relieved that something could finally help explain why they were feeling off in their health.

After years of testing, I had gotten a glimpse of the issues that were ailing me. However, one of my big hindrances was that I suffered from chronic fatigue, lack of clarity and memory loss.
